How do group visits at Rollins College?
To make sure that your group makes the most of its time on campus at Rollins, please read the following information before requesting a visit.
Scheduling
We offer group visits on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings on a case-by-case basis. The format is as follows:
10:30AM - 11:00AM: Information Session with Admission Counselor
11:00AM - 12:15PM: Campus Tour with Current Student
Group tour requests must be requested at least three weeks in advance.
Please select an available date from the calendar and our Admission Visitor Liaison, Jill Pigmon, will review your request and let you know if we can accommodate your group at Rollins. NOTE: Group Visits are NOT confirmed until you receive a separate confirmation email from our Admission Visitor Liaison with visit details.
Guidelines for Group Visits
Group visits are offered for up to 50 high school and/or transfer students and are accommodated by appointment only.
If your group is running more than 15 minutes late to campus, we require a phone call to be made to the Admission Office at 407-975-6405 or Jill Pigmon at 407-646-1573. Depending on our schedule, we may not be able to accommodate your group based on space and tour guide availability.
We ask that you have at least one chaperone for every 10 students and that one chaperone accompanies each tour group.
Students must be respectful and attentive while on campus.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate groups during our peak months of March and April.
It is our policy that if any of the guidelines listed above are violated, Admission staff and/or tour guide(s) reserve the right to conclude your visit. Failure to abide by these terms may affect future group tour opportunities.
